Modula Advanced Shortcode Extension
If you create a large number of galleries using the Modula WordPress Gallery plugin, creating new pages for every gallery you create can be time-consuming.
With the Modula Advanced Shortcode extension, you can easily dynamically link to specific galleries without creating pages for them by using URLs with query strings.
Doing this would require you to insert the following shortcode onto one of your pages:
Below is explained a bit more in detail how to use this extension and the shortcodes.
You first need to create a new page (WP admin dashboard > Pages > add new) and in it enter this shortcode: [modula_all_galleries]
This shortcode will display on that page all galleries.
If you then single out a certain gallery you will need to first go to Modula > Settings > Advanced shortcode > and set it up like this:
Then go to Modula > Galleries > choose the gallery you want to display > and copy its ID (only the number), in the example below you will copy only 8380
And then to create a link for that gallery you will need to go the page you previously creating containing all images, for example: https://yourdomain.com/all-galleries and add the gallery's link to that link.
Like so: https://yourdomain.com/all-galleries/?gallery_link=8380
And it will display only that gallery. If you have any questions about the information in this help article, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
